Simply insert the ACCOUNT NUMBER or the CUSTOMER CODE we send you into the reference field when sending funds. Each CODE is automatically linked to your beneficiary by its number - so you can use it as a reference. We recommend the 6 character customer code for internet banking as it is shorter and easier to use. For over the counter deposits please use the last 10 digits of your account number.

You can have more than one TECHNOCASH Remittance Account. This means that you can conveniently send money to any number of beneficiaries. Many people can send funds to the same beneficiary. Having more than one account allows you to send money to the same beneficiary by different means, for example use one TECHNOCASH Remittance Account to send money to a beneficiary's bank account, and use another Account to have your beneficiary use the cash pick-up option.
