If I want to pay someone in instalments, do I have to keep paying the Australia Post administration fee every time I deposit to them?
Not if you deposit monies straight from your BillFold to theirs or via Internet banking. Every time you load your BillFold via Australia Post, however, the fee will apply as you are using point of sale, counter facilities. If you load a larger amount then you have more flexibility. Top
How long will my TECHNOCASH last?
Loose TECHNOCASH supplied via Australia Post is issued with a random expiry date which ranges from 2-3 years from the purchase date. This acts as part of the information needed to access your TECHNOCASH.
BillFolds are issued with an expiry date, usually 3 years after purchase. However, your money will last indefinitely - but a small monthly fee may apply which may increase somewhat after expiry - check the legal section for full fees and charges. Top
Can I merge two TECHNOCASH amounts?
This is no problem. Once you have a BillFold, you can use the handy deposit funds section to add loose vouchers, or TECHNOCASH you have acquired via sms or email. The BillFold has a SPEND password for added security which you can set and change if you desire.
Remember, if you want to buy an item, you do not need a lump sum of TECHNOCASH, you can keep entering as many individual TECHNOCASHs as are needed to cover the total you are spending. Top
Can I send people small amounts of cash?
Of course! Fee-free transfers can be made from person to person or business to business, via their BillFolds with the minimum being only 10c. If you wish to convert money to another currency then a minimum of $20 is typical. Once you have the other currency you can then do free BillFold to BillFold, person to person or business to business transfers. Top
Where can I see my balance?
If you have a BillFold, simply log in, and all your account details are available for you.
If you have loose TECHNOCASH, all you need to do is use the "manage your TC" link on our home page. This will show you the transaction history and current balance of your TECHNOCASH. Top

What options do I have for transferring funds from my BillFold?
Once you have funds loaded into your Technocash account you can, for example, transfer funds to other Technocash accounts for free using the BillFold to BillFold transfer feature, do direct bank transfers to bank accounts in Australia, New Zealand and the USA, send a US cheque to any postal address in the USA, do remittances to the Philippines, and send a wire transfer to almost anywhere in the world.
