How do I know that my CashBack transaction has been successful?
After you hand your CashBack Card to the retailer and your CashBack is processed using our point of sale terminal or a manual CashBack booklet, you will receive an SMS message to your mobile phone letting you know that your CashBack funds are being processed, the retailer you have shopped at, and how much cash you will be receiving. You will also receive an email to your nominated email address providing you with the same information! We aim to keep you informed. How long does it take for my cash to arrive in my CashBack Card?
After your CashBack purchase is complete, you will receive the cash in your card in just a few business days. It immediately appears in your account as CashBack Pending when you log in. The retailer then finalises the previous days transactions so TECHNOCASH can convert pending to real cash. Top
What can I do with my cash once it has arrived on my CashBack Card?
Once you have cash in your CashBack Card, what you do with it is up to you. You can save the cash on the card, transfer it into your bank account, use it to purchase items at our many Cashback locations, and much more. Top

How do I send the cash on my Card to my bank account?
Simply visit www.technocash.net and log in to your CashBack account, or follow the links from www.westclub.com.au. Once logged in to your account, enter your bank account details in the "My Account" section. Then go to the "Transfer Funds" section, where all you need to do is follow the simple prompts to have your money moved from your CashBack Card to your bank account. Please allow for overnight processing time.
You can set up details for many bank accounts, and send money to any bank account in Australia. Technocash also has money-saving international payment options.

What is a spend PIN?
Because you receive real cash every time you shop at a CashBack store, the Spend PIN is a feature that ensures your CashBack is protected. Just like with a regular debit card, every time you spend money using your Cashback card at a store with an IMSE, you will be asked to enter your PIN. This ensures your security.
