    I lost or forgot my password or my login. HELP!

    TECHNOCASH is committed to protecting your money and keeping the system safe for everyone. We must be 100% sure of your identity as the owner of a BillFold or individual TECHNOCASHs before we reveal any passwords or details. It is therefore very important that you keep your BillFold number/nickname and password safe. If you do forget your password, however, we will endeavour to help you re-gain access to your money. You need to contact us via our FEEDBACK form on the Contact Us section or email or phone where our friendly staff will assist you. Top



    If my BillFold card is lost or stolen, how quickly can I get it replaced?

    If you lose your card or it is stolen, DO NOT PANIC! You do not need your card to access TECHNOCASH in your BillFold. As long as you know your account number/nickname and your password, you always have access to your cash. Only you know your password, so only you can access your BillFold. If you think someone else may have discovered your password, just login and change it. If you are using loose TECHNOCASH be sure you treat it with the same care you would treat cash. If you lose your code, it cannot be replaced. Top
